Victoria Beckham RR Evoque arrives
Let's get it out of the way. The most expensive three-door Range Rover Evoque you can currently buy - the 240bhp, 2.0-litre petrol-engined Si4 Dynamic auto - costs £40,010. We're very fond of that thing round these parts.
So how much more can this new Victoria Beckham special edition three-door Range Rover Evoque possibly cost? Lots. It is estimated to retail at £79,995.

Before you dive headfirst into the digital chasm below to offer your considered and genteel responses, allow us to detail exactly what you're getting. The new VB special edition Rangie will feature hand-finished matt grey paint with contrasting gloss black finishes on the roof, side wheel arches and wheels, which are 20in forged alloys with rose-gold accents.

Inside - and as a 'tongue-in-cheek' reference to Mr Beckham - is a 'baseball' stitch detail on semi-aniline vintage tan leather, which also adorns the door inserts, arm rests and central storage box lid. And there you were thinking it would be a sarong.
There's microsuede headlining, mohair mats, a four-piece leather luggage set, and a hand-stitched leather wallet signed by Mrs Beckham - with rose gold accents, no less - for the owners manual. No grubby Haynes-spec DIY nonsense here, thankyou.

Says Victoria: "When I first started working with the design team on the Evoque special edition I did a lot of research, and created mood boards to show the team my love of timeless and classic design. I looked at yachts, luxury jets, classic cars, movies, personalities and fashion.
"I want everyone who gets into this car to feel special and empowered by its quality and craftsmanship."
LR design director Gerry McGovern added: "At the first meeting, Victoria herself inspired the use of rose gold. She was wearing dark clothes and no jewellery apart from a rose gold, man's watch. I was struck by the juxtaposition of the masculine watch on a very elegant, feminine wrist."
OK. Underneath, it's a 240bhp, 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine coupled with full-time four-wheel-drive, a six-speed 'auto box and LR's Terrain Response system. And to be fair to Vicky, it actually looks very cool indeed. Stealthy. Understated. Menacing. And still drop-dead gorgeous.

And because it's limited to 200 units worldwide, it will undoubtedly sell-out, so in one sense the £80k price tag is a moot point. But...but... £80k for a Evoque with a signed VB wallet and special leather?
